@fleeky is this that that that you've put the weight in the single arm but are maintaining contact with the ground to increase balance with 2 fingers of the other hand? I haven't started to really work 1 arms yet, but that sounds like a great step towards that goal.
@avalon yes exactly, In this case my balance is not that bad but the endurance in a single arm is too low for me to hold a one arm for longer than 1 minute 20 seconds. Going backwards will allow me to develop endurance and also confidence in my head that I can
